Guam delegate James Moylan attended the certification of the results for President-Elect Donald Trump and Vice President-Elect J.D. Vance. 

The congressman posting a photo of himself shaking hands with Vance earlier today. 

Moylan writing, "We are ready to work for the people of guam and our great nation!"

He called it a great honor to oversee the certification.
