A man no stranger to law enforcement is arrested after he allegedly threatened to stab a woman known to him with scissors. 

Forty-year-old Jason Robert Sablan Hernandez is charged with family violence as a misdemeanor. 

On Oct. 22, Guam police responded to a call after a woman claimed she feared for her life. 

The victim told police Hernandez physically and verbally made threats of harm, with another witness confirming the verbal threat. 

Hernandez has two prior convictions for family violence.
