The Bureau of Health Care Financing Administration (BHCFA) has relocated the Medicaid and Medically Indigent Program (MIP) Off-Island Referral and Benefit Support Unit to the Castle Mall in Mangilao.

Effective Monday, April 8, 2025, Medicaid and MIP beneficiaries, providers, and acting on their behalf are advised to submit their documents and inquiries related to off-island referrals at Unit 7 of the Castle Mall in Mangilao. 

This change is intended to improve accessibility, in terms of parking and ground floor access. 

The BHCFA Office located in Castle Mall, Unit 7, in Mangilao, also offers Prior Authorizations, Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPDST), and Medicare Buy-In Programs.
