Adelup confirmed $8.3 million has been awarded with 1,707 payments disbursed so far.

 FEMA is advising disaster survivors to first reach out to their insurance company before submitting a claim for damages.

Disaster Recovery Centers are set up at the Guam Community College, the Dededo Sports Complex, C.L. Taitano Elementary in Sinajana, and Inalahan Community Center.
