The Leon Guerrero Administration is putting to quick use the $50 million in Typhoon Mawar recovery funding authorized by the Guam Legislature last week. The governor issued an executive order on Tuesday, which guides the spending. KUAM News spoke with Department of Administration director Edward Birn on where and how the money is being used.

Birn says a breakdown of the spending will be available online, and they expect to make a full accounting to the Legislature once the island has fully recovered.
