Multiple people facing drug charges in separate cases

More than a handful of people were recently charged with having illegal drugs in their possession in the Superior Court of Guam.
In the first case, a man accused in a burglary and theft incident was caught with methamphetamine. Johnson Naich, 36, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, burglary, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and theft.
According to court documents, a victim in Dededo reported to police on March 31 that $1,400 worth of items went missing from his house to include four chickens, a backpack blower, a water blaster, and more. The burglar was caught on camera leading authorities to track down the suspect’s car.
Police found a bag with meth inside the car, documents state. Naich allegedly admitted to police that he agreed to steal the items from the victim, and in return could keep other stolen items and receive drugs for others to sell.
In a separate case, John Paul Lanada, 36, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, theft of a firearm, and possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card.
According to court documents, a witness reported his gun stolen Saturday by a man known to him. Authorities later located Lanada and found a bag with meth and a glass pipe during a search.
Also arrested separately on similar allegations is Willikey Patterson Nikku, 36, charged with possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card as a third-degree felony and possession of a schedule II controlled substance both as third-degree felonies.
Officers stopped a car along for speeding Route 4 in Inalahan early Sunday. During the stop, authorities spotted a shotgun, hidden on the passenger side cab seat.
Nikku allegedly told officers he found the gun in a jungle area in Talo’fo’fo’ and used it to hunt for pigs, admitting he did not have a firearms identification card. Officers found two baggies meth, documents state.
A couple of hours later that same morning, police met with a man, requesting to have a woman, identified as Brittany Marie Orallo, 26, removed from his car. During a search, police found a clear plastic bag with meth and a glass pipe.
She is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree felony
More drug arrests were made over the weekend. Michael James Aflleje, 27, and Rudolfo Guerrero Duenas Jr., 40, are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
The pair were spotted with a "suspicious" group in a parking lot off Route 16 in Harmon Sunday night. During a search, officers found two glass pipes with meth residue, and a bag containing meth. Duenas allegedly admitted to police that he had smoked the drug with Aflleje and others before officers showed up at the scene, court documents state.
In a separate case, a woman who was a passenger inside a car involved in an ongoing investigation was caught with drugs.
Myleen Aizawa, 41, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
During a search, police found a plastic baggie with 2.24 grams of meth, court documents state.
