With a heavy heart, we share the news of former Mongmong-Toto-Maite commissioner Jesus C. Bamba’s passing.  Bamba dedicated four years of his life to public service, carrying out his indelible care for the people of MTM between 1985 to 1989. 

During his service, he provided leadership as vice president of the Mayor's Council of Guam.  The council expresssed its condolences for their colleague's passing.
