Twenty-five-year-old Patrick Steven Duenas Crisostomo was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Notice of Felony on Felony Release, Retail Theft, and Disorderly Conduct. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, before 2 a.m.on Nov. 2, Crisostomo allegedly walked into K-Mart shirtless with a towel wrapped around the bottom half of his body. He then tried to walk out with clothing that he did not
pay for.

When the employees confronted him, he allegedly began angrily yelling threats at them and left.

Crisostomo walked out and police arrived, he told them he took the clothes because he needed them and was homeless. 

Police also located a pipe and a baggie with suspected ice on Crisostomo during a pat down. 

Court documents state Crisostomo is on pre-trial release for robbery and retail theft.
