Woman charged with forgery

Twenty-three-year-old Cleo Noni Maria Millan Lamb was arrested and charged with Forgery. 

According to a magistrate's complaint, Lamb allegedly tried to cash a bad check at Dededo store on Sept. 8. The owner of the store suspected the check was fraudulent and police were called to the scene. The person on the check was contacted and although the information was correct, they said it did not belong to him or his company.
