GHURA executive director Ray Topasna passes away

Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority Executive Director Ray S. Topasna has passed away. Topasna had been at the helm of GHURA since 2019.

Governor Lou Leon Guerrero issued a statement following the sudden loss. "He dedicated his life to ensure Guam’s families had a roof over their heads and that stable housing on our island was a staple, instead of a systemic challenge.“ Lt. Governor Joshua Tenorio added, "Today marks a great loss for Guam."

Topasna is survived by his wife Audrey, and their children.
