The latest with Sunday's murder in Tamuning that left a local physician dead. The suspect Akmal Khozhiev appeared before Superior Court Magistrate Judge Benjamin Sison this afternoon. Khozhiev is charged with Aggravated Murder and Aggravated Assault for the death of Dr. Miran Ribati.

They allegedly argued over vaccinations. Khoziev allegedly stabbed him multiple times in the neck with a knife. Judge Sison set bail at $1 million. His next hearing will be before Judge Arthur Barcinas on Nov. 19.
