Make-A-Wish Guam and CNMI granted 14-year-old Anthony Quenga's wish and had a special gift for him.

Anthony was diagnosed last year January with polyartery juvenile arthritis nodosa. His wish was for a shopping spree in order to buy a new cell phone for himself and his mom; however, after eating breakfast at King's, GTA surprised him with the phones.

Then Anthony went on the $2,000 shopping spree at Micronesia Mall in Dededo. "I'm just really happy after all the bad things there's still good things that come," he shared.

He also said, "I just want to thank them very much for doing this for me. And thank you for also doing it for other kids. It's also hard for us."

According to Make-A-Wish Guam and CNMI president Eric Tydingco, the foundation has been in the Marianas for 31 years and has granted over 300 wishes.
