Clarice Alicto allegedly robbed a man of his phone when he didn't give her cigarettes and $5
Clarice Alicto, 36, faces Third Degree Robbery and Criminal Mischief charges after she allegedly took a man's phone Dededo and later destroyed it.
Police were called to Ypaopao Estates in Dededo just after 2 a.m. on Oct. 6 where they found the victim frantic and frazzled, court documents state.
The victim told police he was driving through the area when Alicto allegedly placed herself directly in front of his car to block him. She also allegedly yelled out asking if the victim wanted to fight with her. Court documents state she then asked the victim for cigarettes and for $5. When he told her he only had a phone, Alicto allegedly walked to his door and took his phone.
The victim tried to get help and when he came back, Alicto allegedly poured a clear liquid on his phone.
When police located her, she allegedly took the phone from inside her shirt and threw it on the ground, cracking the phone and damaging its motherboard.
Alicto was charged with Third Degree Robbery as a third degree felony and Criminal Mischief as a misdemeanor.
