She's the last female taotaomona on Guam -- that's what 20-year-old Nelly-Ann Tenorio allegedly told police when they interviewed her.

On June 18 police responded to a home in Yigo after a man reported that an unknown woman smashed the windows to his rental car.

When police arrived they confiscated a hammer and interviewed Tenorio. Court documents state she told them she was the last female Taotaomona and was "jousting protecting the CHamoru people from the Chuukese, who were trying to take over."

Police described her actions as "unstable mentally." She was charged with Criminal Mischief as a third degree felony.
