Public Health is asking for the public's help in providing information about the island's centenarians.

A Centenarian is any senior citizen who is or will be 100 years of age or older between Jan. 1, 2019 and Dec. 31, 2019. Residents are asked to inform a centenarian, their family or caregiver about the upcoming recognition event that will be held in May.

The Department of Public Health's Division of Senior Citizens encourages individuals to obtain a form from the Mangilao office at University Castle Mall or download a form on public health's website. You also can request a form via email from breanna.sablan@dphss.guam.gov or alicia.guiking@dphss.guam.gov.
