Police responding to a call of people loitering outside a Dededo game room leads to one man being placed under arrest for drugs. Jerry Anus is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, harassment, and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
Court documents state the suspect told the responding officer, "You are lucky you're a police officer, otherwise you would regret bothering me." The cop asked what he meant by that...the suspect responded by looking at the officer and making a gunshot sound.
During a search, police found two marijuana cigarettes and two small baggies with the drug, ICE. The suspect claiming he found it in the parking lot.
He is also accused of threatening the arresting officer stating, "You will regret arresting me when I get out of jail."
He again made another gunshot sound before being taken into custody.
