Free college tuition? It's going to be reality for hundreds of high school students after two grants from the US Department of the Interior were awarded to the Lt. Governor's office. The grants totaling $1 million is for tuition-free college at the Guam Trades Academy and GCC. Lt. Governor Ray Tenorio and former Senator Tony Ada have been working on this project since August last year.

The two are also running together to take over Adelup. The grants will allow it to send about 200 high school students to attend college the first year.

The Administration will be announcing details of the pilot program at a later date.
