Guam police are looking for four suspects involved in a stabbing in Dededo Tuesday night. The incident happened near Maria Ulloa Elementary school around 10:16 pm, according to GPD spokesperson Captain Kim Santos.

The victim told investigators she was walking by the Laundromat on West Santa Barbara street toward Ysengsong road when she saw four men near an abandoned residence.

Police say the men were reportedly drunk and started whistling at her in an effort to get her attention. She ignored them, but that’s when things went from bad to worse.

The men then approached her and stabbed her on her left arm and under her right armpit, police said. The stabbing happened near the school.

She miraculously got away from her attackers before being taken to GRMC for treatment. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries and has since been released from the hospital.

The suspects remain on the run.

Anyone with information is asked to call call GPD at 472-8911 or Guam Crime Stoppers at 477-HELP (4357).
