Guam - Anthony Acfalle San Agustin pleaded not guilty to charges of manslaughter, family violence and aggravated assault today.  He is charged with the death of a woman known to him.  He admitted pushing her to the ground causing her to lose consciousness but an autopsy revealed foul play was involved. San Agustin was released on bail and is scheduled to return to court on April 3.
