Guam - Marvin Sani will go to trial in June. The Latte Heights man was arrested in July of last year accused of murdering 26-year-old Michael Tony at the Pacific Gardens Apartments in Dededo.  He turned himself into police and is charged with murder and possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. 

A motion hearing is scheduled for May 12 with jury selection and trial slated to begin on June 16.
