Guilty plea entered in federal child porn case

Guam - Randy Yabut Palaganas has entered into a plea agreement admitting that he was in receipt of child pornography. According to news files, the government accused Palaganas of knowingly receiving depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between October of last year and February of this year.

According to the plea agreement, Palaganas admitted to possessing a computer that he used to download more than 73 movies files contained young children being sexually abused.
