Sailor's death deemed accidental

The investigation into the death of a U.S. Navy Sailor has been deemed accidental. It was in&nbsp;June 22-year-old Navy Diver 3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;Class Robert Dotzler died following a dive operation at Alpha Pier on Naval Base Guam.

Guam - The investigation into the death of a U.S. Navy Sailor has been deemed accidental. It was in June 22-year-old Navy Diver 3rd Class Robert Dotzler died following a dive operation at Alpha Pier on Naval Base Guam. According to a media release his death was determined to be a result of accidental drowning while free diving. U.S.S. Frank Cable Commanding Officer Capt. Nelson Hildreth says Dotzler was a dedicated sailor who served his country with pride and performed admirable work during his time abroad.  Dotzler reported to Frank Cable in 2011. He is originally from Kiel, Wisconsin.
