Guam - Police arrested two men for illegal drug possession charges after they were implicated in a burglary investigation. Court documents indicate that Harlan Jude Pocaigue and Christopher Cepeda were arrested after police began investigating a burglary that occurred at a Customs officer's home.

During the burglary the officer's duty weapon had been stolen.  Through the course of several investigations police learned that Pocaigue wasn't just responsible for the burglary, but was also involved in narcotics trafficking with Cepeda.  Pocaigue allegedly admitted to selling drugs and stealing items from the Customs officer's home while Cepeda admitted that he sells the drug Ice and acknowledged that he had received a flatscreen television, air compressor and bushcutter from friends that may be stolen.

He also surrendered a large amount of cash that was recovered from a safe in the home.

Pocaigue faces additional charges of burglary, theft of a firearm, and possession of a firearm without a firearms ID.
