Guam - Police have not yet made an arrest with a hit-and-run incident that occurred on the Back Road to Andersen a few weeks ago. A car struck a sedan with four people causing them to drive off the roadway flipping into a ditch. The crash resulted in a teenager suffering severe head trauma and injuries requiring-off island medical treatment.
Family members of the victim say the driver of the car that fled the scene was a 19-year-old with no car insurance.
Police have not released any other details and have made no arrests in connection with the case.
