Guam - Former Port Authority of Guam personnel specialist Frances Arriola and former Port corporate services manager Vivian Leon along with their attorneys appeared before the Civil Service Commission this afternoon for a status conference. The main issue is the port's need to turn over pertinent documents related to its investigation.

Attorney Daniel Somerfleck, representing Arriola, said, "I'm asking today that they follow-through with what they agreed to in their last hearing.  There's no questions that they agreed to produce it and they didn't."

CSC executive director Tony Lamorena has been instructed to issue a discovery order that will mandate the Port management submit the documents related to the case. Another status conference will be held next Tuesday.

Six people were fired from the port in connection to an investigation into workman's comp and leave issues.
