Guam – The Department of Public Health and Social Services has issued an advisory on a voluntary recall of Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size and Mini-Wheats Unfrosted Bite Size cereals. The US Food and Drug Administration warns that there may be fragments of flexible metal mesh.

The recall includes only those affected cereals with the letters KB, AP, or FK before or after the Best If Used Before date as follows:

The Division of Environmental Health (DEH) has learned that affected products were sold to consumers at the Pay-Less Supermarkets located at the Agana Shopping Center in Hagatna; Micronesia Mall in Dededo; Dededo; Mangilao; Sinajana; and Yigo.  All affected cereals were removed from store shelves.
