Guam - The Guam EPA board convened this afternoon for the administrative hearing for Guam Resource Recovery Partners' appeal of its denial of a sanitary landfill permit. Before the hearing could get underway however, chairman Rob Perron recused himself from the proceedings. It was also mentioned that Florida Sanchez may also ask to be recused, but she is currently off-island. 

Board members are going over procedural matters before commencing with the administrative hearing.
