GPD arrests, man for Dededo hit-&-run

Guam – The Guam Police Department has arrested John Daniel Rengil, 24 of Yigo, for this morning's hit and run accident in Dededo. Police confirm Rengil was highly intoxicated, as his blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.
