Guam - A criminal complaint filed in the Hawaii District Court alleges that a Coast Guard employee assigned to the Guam-based Coast Guard Cutter Sequoia was drugged and raped back in March while on liberty at the Kwajalein Atoll.  Dennis Henry, who is a nurse at the Kwajalein Hospital, allegedly drugged the intoxicated Coast Guard employee and then sexually assaulted him.

A sexual assault evaluation was conducted on the victim and it was determined that he had Ambien, a sleep medication, in his system which can be enhanced when used in combination with alcohol.  Henry was interviewed last week and admitted to drinking with the victim and claimed to have consensual sex with the victim and denied drugging him.
