Guam - 19-year-old Isaac Aguigui and three other Army soldiers were arrested and allegedly killed a former comrade and his girlfriend to protect an anarchist militia group they formed.  In a Georgia court hearing on Monday, prosecutors alleged the four soldiers stockpiled assault weapons and plotted a range of anti-government attacks.

According to various online reports, Aguigui was raised in Washington State, but has extended family who live on Guam.
