Guam - Schools and libraries in the Philippines, Pohnpei, and Guam will be receiving books just in time for the new school year. According to Rotary Club of Northern Guam president Anna Gera, the last two pallets were loaded for shipment to Pohnpei on Wednesday. Gera says there are 6,000 books in total ranging from non-fiction, fiction, science, history, poetry, philosophy, and resource books.
The books originated from a library in Honolulu and were shipped to the Rotary Club of Hawaii before they were donated to the local rotary for distribution.
