Guam - Federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton is soliciting bids for the construction of the Harmon Residential Transfer Station. Such a facility will be required to obtain a solid waste facility permit that must be approved by the Guam Environmental Protection Agency. 

According to the notice, the contract time is 308 calendar days and a pre-bid conference and a tour of the project site will occur on August 17.  Bids are due September 12.
