Guam - A Tamuning resident has filed an initiative to legalize bingo with the Guam Election Commission. The initiative seeks to legalize bingo only at the former Guam Greyhound facility.

Proponents seek to pay 20% of Business Privilege Tax on gross income to be used toward healthcare, public safety and education.
