Guam - Supreme Court justices heard arguments today as former governor Carl Gutierrez's appeals a Superior Court ruling that found he was not entitled to any rent money from the Guam Power Authority.  Gutierrez is seeking $100,000 for the two years GPA left streetlights on his Dededo property.

Justices took the matter under advisement.
