Guam – A man found sleeping inside the passenger side of a vehicle parked on the shoulder of the road was arrested for having the drug Ice in his possession. 28-year-old Roland Junior Guzman was taken into custody after police saw him in the parked car, and noticed a plastic straw in his hand. According to court documents, police also found a money pouch in the vehicle that contained four "baggies' with a white substance inside, a digital scale, a metal scoop and a cotton swab. The white substance tested positive for methamphetamine. Guzman was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third degree felony.
