Guam - 31-year-old Joseph Fangol Mafthin is behind bars. He allegedly was intoxicated and became violent, swinging a machete at a woman known to him. According to court documents, Mafthin then ordered the woman and her children to sit on the floor and told the six year old girl to duct tape their mouths shut.
Mafthin then allegedly tried to pour beer into the mouth of a 2-month-old boy, but was stopped by the mother.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony and family violence.
