Irate parent arrested following school outburst

Guam - An irate parent at Maria Ulloa Elementary School was arrested by police. 35-year-old Jesse Junior Cruz Reyes was allegedly disorderly and shouted obscenities while on the campus. During a patdown, Reyes was found in possession of a glass pipe with crystal methamphetamine residue.

He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs in a school zone.
