Guam - Former Department of Labor Alien Labor Processing and Certification Administrator Linda San Nicolas sentenced to 46 months behind bars for accepting bribes.  She was ordered to self surrender to the Women's Facility in Dublin, California and pay $12,800 in restitution to the Bascon Corporation. 

During the sentencing hearing, San Nicolas said she was deeply sorry to the community and takes full responsibility for her actions.
