Guam - The trial of four people charged in connection with the murder of former Guam resident Nathan Paet has been delayed. Michelle Chaco Paet is accused of being part of a murder for hire plot to cash in on her husband's life insurance policy.

The Clark County Court System indicates that Michelle Paet's attorney Kristina Windeveld wants the trial delayed so she and an investigator can come to Guam.  Michelle and co-defendants, Michael Rodriguez and Corry Hawkins remain behind bars and face the death penalty.  Jessica Austin has since been placed on house arrest.

Another hearing will be held on November 19 to reschedule the trial.
