Guam - It's been five years since the case was filed in the Superior Court and there's still been no resolution to the Department of Corrections overtime lawsuit. DepCor employees, led by Warden Frank Crisostomo, have been seeking 10% interest on late overtime payments.  The suit was filed after one officer was paid twenty thousand in interest.

While the class members were certified, the case was transferred to Judge Arthur Barcinas who made several disclosures today but there was no objection to him presiding over the case.  The DepCor officers are seeking more than $1.6 million in interest they say is owed to them for late OT payments.

The judge ordered the attorneys to meet on a weekly basis to try and resolve the matter.
