Guam - Agents with the Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection recently executed a search warrant at a Yigo home looking for financial records and other documents relating to Club Music and its employees. The feds have already sought the forfeiture of a vehicle belonging to the club's owners, Chan Ho Park.
Park is believed to have hired Korean women as hostesses even though it violated the visas they used to come to Guam. According to the search warrant, authorities were looking for banking records, correspondence, employee information and other items dealing with Club Music, Park, Ye Ju An, and Kenneth Kang. The warrant was executed at Kang's home and authorities seized numerous documents, cell phones, and a computer.
Despite the forfeiture action and the warrant, no criminal charges have been handed down in connection with the case.
