Guam - Alvin Rodriguez Pangelinan is behind bars, accused of forcing a woman to have sex with him and previously beating her. According to court documents, Pangelinan allegedly became angry with a woman he knew. The woman told police he raped her, despite her pleas to stop.
She also reported that on another occasion, Pangelinan became angry and repeatedly punched her and then kicked her bruising her internal organs. He admitted both actions to police and was arrested and charged with 3rd degree criminal sexual contact and family violence.
