Guam - 30 year old Mark Anthony Manibusan was arrested after police found the drug ice in his possession twice in the past two months. According to the magistrate's complaint, police pulled over Manibusan in July in the Tamuning area. The officer noted he was acting suspicious, and eventually spotted a glass pipe with suspected methamphetamine near his shifter. Court document state police them forwarded Manibusan to a task force for possible cooperation. He was picked up on warrant just last week in the parking lot of K-mart, the same time police were conducting a controlled buy bust operation. As we reported, Tuthat Pham was arrested on drug charges after authorities had a female informant purchase one hundred dollars worth of the drug. Court documents state Manibusan was in the passenger seat of Pham's vehicle. Manibusan was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a 3rddegree felony.
