Guam - The federal government is seeking the forfeiture of a 2009 Volvo S80 that belongs to Sun Hee Park and Chan Ho Park.  It's alleged the vehicle was used to pick up illegal aliens who came to Guam under the Visa Waiver Program from Korea and were employed as female hostesses at Club Music, owned by Chan Ho Park.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents spoke with several informants who had been employed at the club. The informants said they arrived to Guam after being recruited to work as female hostesses.  They entered the territory as tourists and knew it was illegal to work on Guam.  Although criminal charges haven't been filed against the Parks, the feds are looking to have the couple's vehicle forfeited as they allege it was used in the commission of illegal acts.
