Guam - The island's Judicial Council has approved deferring the payout of 10% law enforcement adjustment to keep status quo and 40-hour workweek.

The Council agreed to reconvene in August to decide whether to implement a 32-hour workweek for the last pay period to the end of the fiscal year to provide some savings to make a partial payment.
