Guam - The Port Authority of Guam's F-5 Wharf is back in business after analysis revealed that the beams supporting F-5 are structurally intact. In late January, the port's insurance company instructed the agency that studies were necessary because of structural concerns.

While being deemed structurally safe and sound, estimated costs for repairs are being developed to mitigate any further degradation of the wharf, separate and apart from modernization plans which the port is undertaking.
