Guam - District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall has approved another payment for the federal management team for work they performed during the month of January. The team billed the government $65,000 for work performed by federal managers, Dr. James Casey and Dr. James Kiffer as well as an administrative services officer and a receptionist.

The team is working to get the government into compliance with the amended permanent injunction. The court also approved $168 in expenses.
