Meskla's Chef Brandon Sanchez shows you how to make his signature mouthwatering bisteak.
Chef Brandon Sanchez's Bisteak
  • 1 cup of peas (frozen)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 pound of ribeye steak (sliced)
  • Vinegar/Achote powder (mixed together to desired tanginess/flavor)

Heat pan and add oil. Carefully add to pan chopped onion and garlic and allow to soften. Add steak and cook til brown.

Add achote/vinegar mixture and simmer. Finally, add the peas. Remove from heat and serve with steamed white rice or starch of your choice.
