Guam - The Guam Police Department has released the name of the victim from Tuesday's auto-pedestrian fatality. He was identified as 78-year-old Jung Woo Choi from San Francisco, California.

Choi was crossing the street in Tamuning near Pacific Finance Center when he was hit by a car. No information on the driver was released as the investigation continues.
