Guam - The Guam Economic Development Authority's case against movie producer John Laing is scheduled to be heard in the Superior Court of Guam today. Laing is trying to get out of paying an $800,000 loan guarantee GEDA gave him to produce the big screen flop "Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon".
The hearing is being held before Judge Michael Bordallo.
